Clinical Communications Lead/Project ManagerThe Clinical Communications Lead will provide project management services related to 300P Renewal projects and other capital projects for Customer Experience and Support Services (CESS) for immediate project coordination and future planning/solutioning.Job Responsibilities:Develop timelines, project charters, scope details, testing details, work plans and post go-live materials.Coordinate with various SHC IT teams to complete project deliverables.Collaborate with clinical user groups at all levels (executive, director and manager level) to understand and document user requirements and sign off on project scope.Support roll-out of iPads for SHC’s Interactive Patient System (including physical mounting, iPad OS management, app deployment), Interactive Patient System configuration, iPhones for Clinical Communications and infrastructure for Real Time Location System.Job Qualifications:Must be able to work onsite at 300 Pasteur Drive, Palo Alto with travel to other nearby SHC locations as needed.Must have 4 years of project management experience in multi-resource, multi-personnel, and multi-disciplinary projects that involve hardware and software implementation.Previous experience working in healthcare or in healthcare implementation environment.Excellent communication skills, both written and spokenSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skillsProven track record of working independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essentialAble to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.PMP Certification is preferred
