As a full-time Clinical Claims Associate Manager, the successful candidate will ensure the accuracy and compliance of clinical and performance claims across various marketing channels while collaborating with multiple teams in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities Review advertising, website content, and sales materials to ensure claims are accurate and compliant Evaluate supporting evidence to determine its adequacy for substantiating claims Establish and refine claims review processes and maintain the claims library and evidence database Required Qualifications 3 - 5 years of experience in claims substantiation or related fields Strong ability to critically appraise clinical data and understand FDA and FTC standards Proven experience collaborating with Marketing and Legal in a review process Bachelor's degree in a scientific or health-related field; advanced degree preferred Bonus points for experience with regulatory compliance or building claims review functions
