Job Summary

The Clinical Center Lead provides clinical leadership and operational oversight for the delivery of integrated allcove services, including mental health, substance use, physical health, family support, peer support, and education and employment services. This role ensures high-quality, youth-centered, evidence-based care through clinical guidance, supervision, care coordination, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

The Clinical Center Lead supports day-to-day clinical operations, manages service demand and staff scheduling, facilitates case consultation and crisis response, and strengthens partnerships with community providers to ensure seamless referrals and continuity of care. They foster an integrated, prevention- and early intervention-focused service model and, as needed, provide direct mental health or substance use services. This position is required to work on-site during center hours of operation.

Required Qualifications and Preferred Experience

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.
  • Current licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or Psychologist/PhD.
  • Ability to provide Clinical Supervision and completion of the required supervision coursework.
  • Two years of clinical supervision experience preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Vietnamese, or Chinese preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience working in a Medi-Cal-driven environment preferred.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in Medi-Cal documentation requirements preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience providing community-based youth mental health services or related support.

Key Competencies and Skills

  • Strong understanding of adolescent development and the social, emotional, and health needs of youth experiencing mental health challenges and related concerns.
  • Demonstrated clinical leadership skills with expertise in youth-centered care and integrated approaches to mental and physical health.
  • Experience conducting comprehensive mental health assessments, developing care plans, implementing interventions, and utilizing outcome measurement tools.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining a commitment to excellence in clinical practice.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, community partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Experience implementing evidence-based practices and contributing to the development and improvement of clinical services.
  • Knowledge of strategic and clinical service planning, organizational behavior, change management, and cultural change processes.
  • Understanding of holistic, innovative, and non-traditional approaches to supporting young people, particularly those from marginalized communities.
