Job Description: The Clinical Care Supervisor is responsible to manage, provide guidance and direct the daily workflow of the Patient Coordinator staff, fourth floor Clinic reception desk, which supports the operations of the Oral Surgery Clinic. The Clinical Care Supervisor must be able to effectively mentor the staff, provide cross training and support a team centered environment, as well as implement changes necessary to the growth of our business operations. The Clinical Care Supervisor will provide backup to the Practice Manager with overseeing clinic schedules, running reports (i.e. open sessions, income and chair utilization), attend clinic orientations and any other operational items that may arise.

Expected Hiring Range Minimum: $62,525.00

Expected Hiring Range Maximum: $81,175.00

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training and internal pay comparison. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience of 5+ years in dental practice.
• Must have previous supervising experience of staff.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; efficient and detail oriented; good multi-tasking abilities.
• Interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with patients, providers, staff and management.
• Comfortable working with patients and providing consistent high-level customer service.
• Versatile team player able to work with diverse personalities in a culturally diverse environment.
