Clinical Care Advisor IDD (Program Consultant)
Location: State of North Carolina. This field‑based role involves traveling to client sites or designated locations, with occasional office attendance for meetings or training. Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the posting location unless an accommodation is granted in compliance with legal requirements.
Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Manager II, the candidate will:
- Develop, implement, and manage one or more client‑facing programs within a business unit.
- Maintain ongoing compliance and daily operations of external client programs.
- Ensure programs meet stated objectives and support teams in daily operations.
- Research applicable subject matter practices and stay current with industry trends.
- Coordinate training related to the external client programs.
- Support program success measures and assist with data collection relating to program success.
Minimum Requirements
- BA/BS in a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in external client‑facing program management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences
- Residency in North Carolina.
- Active RN, LCSW, LMHC, LPC, or LMFT licensure from North Carolina.
- Lived experience with behavioral health programs.
- Experience with North Carolina 1915 programs.
- Experience supporting individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
