Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Clinical Business Operations Analyst I will collaborate with Clinical Operations leaders, maintain data quality standards, and provide technical guidance while supporting operational activities in the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors. Key responsibilities Collaborate with Clinical Operations and cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and maintain data integrity Analyze performance data and departmental metrics to identify trends and optimize operational processes Develop training materials and provide technical support for clinical systems to enhance data quality and user experience Required qualifications Undergraduate degree in Sciences or a related field from an accredited institution Two years of experience in data management or clinical operations within the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Medical Device industry Strong working knowledge of clinical database applications such as EDC and CTMS Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
