Questcare Matrix, a division of Envision, is seeking dedicated Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to join our physician-operated post-acute care group in the Terrant County - an easy communte to the Ft. Worth area.

Position Profile:
Experience in internal medicine, acute or post-acute care setting is preferred
Productivity-based compensation plan with great earning potential
Extremely flexible rounding schedule seeing skilled nursing, long-term nursing, and assisted living residents
Equitable after-hours & weekend call without on-site presence requirement
