Supporting BlueCare Plus Clinical Review Managers, the full-time remote Clinical Assistant will manage provider inquiries, assist with authorization requests, and ensure effective coordination of care while working rotating shifts. Key responsibilities Screen and direct incoming calls and faxes related to Utilization Management and Care Management Investigate and resolve customer inquiries, maintaining departmental goals and handling assigned projects Document and enter data accurately for organization determinations and prior authorizations Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 1 year of customer service experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of medical terminology and coding (ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
