Clinical Assessment CoordinatorWe are looking to add a Clinical Assessment Coordinator to our team.Schedule: Hybrid schedule, with up to 2 days/week remote (Mid-evening shift, Wednesday thru Sunday)This position supports one of the trusted behavioral health programs within the Advanced Recovery Systems family. Advanced Recovery Systems is the parent organization of The Recovery Village, Promises Behavioral Health, The Right Step, and The Ranch, bringing together established treatment brands with a shared commitment to expanding access to high-quality, evidence-based addiction and mental health care.While you may work primarily with a specific facility or brand, you will be part of a larger, growing organization focused on improving patient outcomes, supporting our employees and strengthening the communities we serve.The Clinical Assessment Coordinator will review pre-admission assessments, completed in the Admissions call center, for determination of appropriateness to ARS facilities.Requires coordination with on-site facility staff and Utilization Review team as needed for appropriateness of admission, as well as use of AI technology.The Clinical Assessment Coordinator will make clinical approvals for appropriate individuals seeking services with ARS, as well as coordinate the Admissions Management team as needed.Core Responsibilities:Reviews pre-admission assessments for appropriateness to ARS facilitiesUtilization of AI to facilitate review of medical documents as needed for appropriateness, and escalate to Medical Teams as neededCoordination with Utilization Review Team when needed on medical reviews as well as reviews for insurance needsCoordination with on-site Medical Directors & Admissions Teams when applicable for review processEnsure reviews are done in an efficient and timely mannerHave clear understanding of programming and treatment at multiple Advanced Recovery Systems facilitiesConducts email correspondence and telephone conversations in a friendly and professional mannerMaintains clear communications with supervisors and co-workersFollows all policy and procedures of Advanced Recovery SystemsMaintain strict client confidentialityResponsible for demonstrating a positive image of Advanced Recovery SystemsWork as a positive team memberOther duties as assigned by supervisor(s)Participate in staff meetings as needed
