Clinic Team Lead - Green Tree - Full Time

Responsible for the personnel and staffing of the clinic under supervision of Clinic Coordinator. Oversees the record keeping and directs the efforts of the clinic to provide the highest quality service. Working knowledge of computers is required. Excellent human relations and oral/written communication skills required.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage schedule of clinic employees to ensure operations
• Work with Clinic Coordinator and employees to resolve patient complaints
• Manage monthly and daily reporting requirements
• Supervise clinic workflow
• Coordinate support issues
• Other duties as assigned
