Clinic RN

Provides direct patient care in a 24/7 Cancer Care Clinic, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.

Responsibilities:

• Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs.
• Participates in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, and engages in professional development.
• Develops and documents individualized care plans with team collaboration, ensuring effective communication across care continuum.
• Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.
• Works in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safe practices at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree in Nursing (BSN or ADN accepted).
• Active RN license required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience: No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills.
