Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient history intake and clinical assessments
- Coordinate patient referrals and follow-up care within the oncology clinic
- Assist with medication refills, patient communication, and clinical documentation
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and coordinate care across the cancer care continuum
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary cancer care team to deliver high-quality patient-centered care
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Montana or compact state)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in an outpatient or oncology clinic
- Oncology nursing experience required (oncology RN jobs preferred)
- Experience with Epic EMR required
- Strong communication and patient education skills
