We Are Hiring

Location: Racine, WI

Facility: All Saints Spring Street Campus

Department: Orthopedic surgery

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday- Friday 7:30am-5:30pm

What You Will Do

  • Lead the Care Journey: Serve as the primary clinical coordinator, bringing together doctors, therapists, and specialists to ensure a perfectly synchronized plan for every patient.
  • Deliver Expert Clinical Care: Provide exceptional, evidence-based nursing care utilizing your sharp clinical judgment and our organization’s advanced medical protocols.
  • Drive Patient Outcomes: Design, execute, and continuously adapt comprehensive patient care plans, keeping a close eye on progress and pivoting interventions when necessary.
  • Be the Clinical Eyes and Ears: Meticulously monitor and document patient conditions, proactively communicating critical shifts to physicians and the broader care team.
  • Own the Discharge Process: Seamlessly assess and coordinate each patient's transition out of the hospital, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure a safe, successful return home or to the next level of care.

What You Will Need

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • One or more of the following required:
    • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or jobtransfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license ifconsidered multi-state/Compact State. Licensure is dependent on state associate works in.
    • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or jobtransfer date. Licensure is dependent on state associate works in.

Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.

Additional Preferences

RN that has specific Orthopedic experience specifically in Total Joint Replacement.
