Golden Steps ABA, LLC seeks dedicated RBTs to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children and young adults in our clinic. You will implement individualized treatment plans and collaborate with BCBAs, parents, and the team to support meaningful progress for pediatric patients.
Ideal candidates bring 6 months of ABA experience, strong written and verbal communication, and a willingness to undergo a background check. A reliable car and high school diploma are required.
