Clinic Marketing Coordinator

To support healthcare clinic partners, the full-time remote Clinic Marketing Coordinator will manage day-to-day marketing relationships, execute B2C and B2B campaigns across various channels, and maintain clinic collateral and digital presence. Key responsibilities Manage and update Clinic Asana boards, triaging requests and keeping tasks current Plan and execute multi-channel awareness campaigns for clinic partners, ensuring consistent messaging Maintain and update clinic websites and local business listings, optimizing for SEO and accuracy Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Health, or related field, or equivalent experience 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or patient-facing organizations Proficiency in Canva for designing marketing materials Working knowledge of Squarespace and Mailchimp for website and email management Experience with Jotform or similar form-builder platforms
