In this role, you will balance hands-on treatment with leadership responsibilities, overseeing daily clinic workflow, staff scheduling, and patient experience. You’ll deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions as a licensed PTA, support therapists and front-desk team members, and ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
