In this dual clinical and leadership role, you’ll provide evidence-based PTA treatment while overseeing daily workflows, staffing, and schedules. You’ll mentor clinicians and support staff, monitor documentation and quality metrics, and champion a patient-first culture focused on outcomes and service.
