Connect ABA + Therapy is seeking a full-time on-site Clinic Lead BCBA to join our Newark clinic.
This position is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys working in a clinic environment, collaborating with a team of clinicians, and providing support and leadership to Behavior Technicians while maintaining a clinical caseload.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and reassessments
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical support to Behavior Technicians
- Serve as a clinical leader within the clinic and help foster a positive, professional work environment
- Assist with onboarding, training, and developing Behavior Technicians
- Monitor client progress and make treatment recommendations as needed
- Complete documentation and insurance-required reports in a timely manner
- Collaborate with families, Behavior Technicians, and other members of the clinical team
- Maintain compliance with company, state, and insurance requirements
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Active New Jersey LBA
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience supervising and mentoring Behavior Technicians
- Ability to effectively manage a clinical caseload while supporting team members
- Ability to work collaboratively in a clinic setting
- Clinic-based ABA experience preferred but not required
