Compensation: $95,000 – $100,000 base + up to $2,000/month in performance incentives

About the Role
Bluebird Staffing is recruiting a Physical Therapy Clinic Director to lead, support, and grow an established outpatient clinic in Waldorf, MD . If you thrive on mentoring a dedicated team, driving clinical excellence, and looking for a clear path toward equity partnership and multi-site management, this opportunity is built for you. Clinic services cover a wide range of orthopedic, sports and work related injuries and post operative care.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 4–5 direct reports in a collaborative outpatient setting.
- Stabilize clinic operations and build a culture of high-quality patient care.
- Position yourself for advancement into multi-site leadership.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy.
- Current PT licensure in North Carolina (or eligible to obtain).
- Experience in managing clinic profitability and operational performance.
- Ready to start ASAP.
