Overview

Responsibilities

• Manage clinic operations, ensuring overall patient and employee satisfaction and evaluating and treating patients.
• Oversee clinic staff, including one PT and a front‑office Care Coordinator, and coordinate staff vacations, coverage, scheduling, and management.
• Conduct financial and fiscal review and analysis of monthly accounting income statements.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or ability to obtain licensure in Idaho.
• Passion for evidence‑based, patient‑centered care.

Compensation

$95,000 - $110,000 plus productivity incentives. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(k) with a 4% employer match.
