Role Description
This part-time Nurse Practitioner role is an on-site position located in Houston, TX. The Nurse
Practitioner will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, review medical histories, order and
interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with Gameday Men's
Health protocols. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing hormone optimization and medical weight
loss programs, administering and monitoring therapies such as testosterone replacement, peptide
therapy, vitamin injections, and musculoskeletal pain treatments. The role involves performing routine
follow-up visits, adjusting treatment plans based on clinical outcomes, educating patients on their care
options, and responding to questions in a clear and supportive manner. The Nurse Practitioner will
collaborate closely with clinic staff to ensure efficient patient flow, proper documentation, and adherence
to regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients for low testosterone and prescribe therapy under physician supervision.
- Administer ED treatments including GainsWave, P-Shot, and Trimix.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans and educate patients on TRT benefits.
- Administer intramuscular and PRP injections.
- Collaborate with Medical Assistants and front-desk staff to maintain clinic goals.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.
Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Texas and national certification (e.g., FNP, AGNP, or equivalent).
- Clinical experience in men's health, internal medicine, endocrinology, primary care, or related fields.
- Competence in patient assessment, differential diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment planning.
- Experience or strong interest in hormone optimization, medical weight loss, and sexual health
- Ability to perform and interpret basic diagnostic procedures and laboratory tests relevant to men's
- Strong communication, patient education, and interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy and
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, concierge-style clinical setting with attention to timeliness and
- Proficiency with electronic health records and accurate clinical documentation.

- Availability to work part-time on-site in Houston, TX, including possible evening or weekend shifts as needed.
