Overview

Paul Mitchell The School Nampa is seeking a qualified Clinic Floor Leader to join our team. The Clinic Floor Leader (Learning Leader) will educate, motivate, mentor, and coach Future Professionals, creating extraordinary learning experiences in the clinic classroom using objective‑based education (O.B.E.), mini‑classes, and learning centers.

Responsibilities

The Learning Leader will educate and mentor all Future Professionals in technical and guest service skills, inspire and support them in all clinic classroom systems, and ensure a positive, effective learning environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience instructing at a cosmetology school
• Current cosmetology instructor license in the state of Idaho
• Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills
• Skills in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return on investment
• Solid work history with verifiable references
• Passion for the beauty industry
• Honesty and professionalism
• Knowledge of Paul Mitchell Schools cultural and technical systems is preferred
