Climbing Youth Programs Lead

Central Rock Gym is seeking a Youth Programs Director to lead youth programs, emphasizing fun and skill development in climbing. The candidate will manage coaching staff, create lesson plans, and foster a supportive community. This role requires a passion for youth climbing, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and students.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of climbing experience and previous work with youth in adventure or educational settings. Flexibility in scheduling, especially on weekdays and weekends, is essential.
