Climbing Youth Programs Lead

Central Rock Gym is seeking a Youth Programs Director in Troy, New York, to lead and manage youth climbing programs. In this role, you will foster a supportive environment while developing a curriculum for youth of all ages. Strong communication and climbing skills are essential, along with a passion for coaching and adventure.

This position requires availability on weekday afternoons and weekends, as well as experience in behavior management. You will work collaboratively to ensure a positive and engaging community experience.
