Client Technologies Specialist – Level 1This is an immediate fill that requires on-site support. All candidates must be local. This is an immediate fill position.Responsibilities include:CIO and IT Director Administrative Support Services such as:Organizing tasksPrioritizing workloadSchedule and maintain calendars and meetingsDivision Communication:Calls dispatched on behalf of manager – answer and redirectCalls rendered on behalf of manager:Schedule/reschedule meetingsSchedule interviewsReserve conferences, hotels, flights, etc.Sending electronic and physical communication on behalf of managerIn person greeting visitors/candidatesSpeaking with staff on behalf of managerCreating required forms for managementInterview scheduling, management of interview panels, and coordination of candidate selectionPreparation of invoices:Review, prepare and forward invoices from agency vendorsCreate and process finance forms for payment of invoicesTracking invoice payment progressMaintain invoicing recordsProcess new contractors:Prepare necessary paperwork for new contractorsPrepare photo ID & access cardsSubmit ticket request for additional IT resources needed for onboardingMaintain contractor renewalsOther duties as assignedSkills/Experience required:Strong oral and written communication skills.Advanced skills with MS Office suite.Familiarity with state procurement and accounting processes.
Experience with CT CORE a plus.Responses:Responses to this requisition must include resume of the candidate prospective bidders intend to provide to the Department for the duration of this engagement.The Department anticipates the duration of the resulting SOW to be a four (4) month term. Responses should include the resources hourly rate, and a total price quote for six hundred hours (600).
