Land of Lincoln Legal Aid, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced social work manager to lead its Client Support Services (CSS) Program.
Working alongside attorneys, CSS staff connect clients with community resources, provide advocacy, and help address housing instability, health concerns, and other barriers to justice. The CSS Manager will supervise staff, foster interdisciplinary collaboration, and advance holistic advocacy to achieve stable, lasting outcomes across Illinois.
