As a Client Support Associate, you will work with individuals who are exploring health and life benefit options and need someone to keep the conversation organized. You will work full-time in the office, with training and team support available as you learn how to handle the conversations.
You may respond to questions, arrange follow-up, maintain useful notes, and coordinate with the team when the next conversation is needed.
Training is provided.
People who have worked at a busy front desk, helped customers, scheduled appointments, or handled multiple conversations at once may already have valuable transferable skills.
There is no degree requirement and no expectation that you arrive with insurance experience.
