Delivering client deployments that enhance healthcare revenue cycle teams, the full-time hybrid Client Solutions Software Engineer will manage the lifecycle and deployment of ML models while collaborating with client engagement, product, and R&D teams to ensure smooth operations and ongoing production stability. Key responsibilities Execute implementation tasks for new deployments from requirements analysis to configuration, testing, and production support Guide customers through technical onboarding, integration setup, troubleshooting, and data acquisition Build and maintain evaluation frameworks to measure and improve LLM performance across customer deployments Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 3+ years of professional experience in Python Experience designing and running LLM evaluations to measure model quality and performance Familiarity with relational databases, APIs, and ETL pipelines Strong communication and interpersonal skills
