Key Responsibilities
• Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at client organisations.
• Conduct outbound calls, networking, and client visits to generate leads.
• Client Consultation:
• Understand client IT staffing requirements and business objectives.
• Provide consultative solutions tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate terms and close staffing agreements.
• Candidate Management:
• Collaborate with recruiters to source and qualify IT professionals.
• Ensure timely delivery of candidates to meet client expectations.
• Maintain ongoing communication with placed candidates and clients for satisfaction.
• Market Expertise:
• Stay informed about technology trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscape.
• Advise clients on hiring strategies and workforce planning.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in staffing or IT services.
• Strong understanding of IT roles (developers, network engineers, cybersecurity, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (preferred).
