Job Title: Sr Registered Client Associate

Location: Wheaton IL 60187 (Hybrid)

Duration: Permanent/Direct hire

Work Schedule: Hybrid

Salary Range: $85K – 110K

Job Responsibilities:

The organization is seeking an experienced Senior Registered Client Support Associate to support client account management, assist senior team members, and help ensure smooth operations and long-term succession planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior team members with client accounts and service delivery.
• Assist with daily client management and operational activities.
• Participate in training, mentoring, and knowledge transfer.
• Support succession planning and workload transitions.
• Maintain confidentiality and organizational standards.
• Attend in-person onboarding and scheduled office days.

Qualifications

• Must have Series 7, & 63/66
• 5–7+ years of experience in a financial or advisory client support role.
• Relevant industry licenses and registrations.
• Strong understanding of client management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong licensing credentials.
• Experience with mentoring and succession planning.
• Comfortable working in flexible or remote arrangements.
