Taking ownership of day-to-day front-line support for retail investors, the part-time Client Services Representative will respond to incoming support tickets, investigate account issues, and ensure compliance with company policies while working remotely from any part of LATAM. Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming support tickets, triaging by urgency and resolving each within service-level expectations Investigate stalled or incomplete account applications, determining missing documentation and communicating next steps to investors Review money movement requests to verify funds are correctly managed and resolve discrepancies before transactions occur Required Qualifications Approximately 2-3 years of client-facing experience in a finance, fintech, or tech company environment Solid understanding of basic troubleshooting of user accounts and data Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with recurring tasks and deadlines Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity Advanced-level English for collaboration with a global team
