We’re seeking Client Services Representatives to join a leading financial services organization in St. Petersburg, FL.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service and communication skills who enjoys helping clients, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.
⭐ What You’ll Do
Answer inbound calls from clients and provide exceptional customer service
Assist with common account-access requests, including:
Username and password resets
Address changes
Phone number updates
General account and service inquiries
Research questions and determine the appropriate resolution
Navigate multiple systems while assisting customers
⌨️ Document customer interactions accurately while on the call
🤝 Coordinate with other departments to resolve more complex issues
Follow established policies, procedures, and service standards
Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction
Maintain a strong focus on quality, accuracy, compliance, and customer experience
✅ What You Bring
Required:
2–3 years of recent customer service experience
Call center/customer contact center experience is highly preferred
High school diploma
Ability to type while talking on the phone
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
Experience using dual monitors
Proficiency with:
Microsoft Word
Microsoft Outlook
Basic Microsoft Excel
Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM (the data test will be provided to complete)
Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
Ability to clearly understand and communicate with customers
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable attendance and punctuality
⭐ Preferred Experience
Banking experience
Financial services experience
Experience working in a high-volume customer service environment
Hybrid Schedule
This position is hybrid, with:
3 days onsite in St. Petersburg, FL
2 days working from home
Wednesday is mandatory onsite
Monday or Friday is also mandatory onsite
Your third onsite day can be selected by you
A company laptop will be provided.
Schedule
9:00 AM–6:00 PM ET
Includes a 1-hour lunch.
⏰ Candidates must be logged in and ready to work at 9:00 AM.
The role follows a structured attendance policy, and reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
Training
Approximately 1–2 weeks of training
Includes hands-on learning and mock customer interactions
Training will prepare you to handle a variety of customer scenarios and systems
