Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the strategic direction, growth, development, and delivery standards for a range of accounts.
- Build strong client relationships at the highest level to ensure repeat business.
- Maximize repeat business by meeting with clients, maintaining regular contact, and upselling wherever possible.
- Attend client meetings individually and with colleagues to position Lumanity for thought leadership, project excellence, and innovation above competitors.
- Focus on account planning for growth within key current accounts, working with Account teams to develop plans and achieve targets, including increased levels of repeat business year on year.
- Implement new company procedures, seek ways to improve quality, and continually innovate.
- Identify opportunities to innovate, bring new ideas/services to market, and actively develop company practices.
- Act as a role model and support the team in achieving agreed annual targets.
Qualifications
- Advanced experience in research or a professional services organization.
- Advanced experience in research‑based project management.
- Extensive experience in ad‑hoc, primary research within a client‑facing, commercial setting.
- Extensive life sciences, healthcare/pharma experience and therapy area knowledge.
- Strong knowledge across research methodologies and practices.
- Proven skills and track record in project and account management, with outstanding client communication and influencing skills.
- Strong track record at business generation – both with new and existing clients.
- Computer proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
