Our clients are people who have been injured and are going through a stressful chapter of their lives. Your job is to make every interaction with the firm feel professional, warm, and reassuring, from the first phone call through the life of the case.This role is built for someone who is organized, calm under pressure, and naturally good with people.
You will work closely with the owner as her right-hand client relationship manager, helping triage client matters, de-escalate difficult situations, and make sure clients feel informed and supported at every step.What You'll Be DoingGreet clients and visitors and make sure they feel welcome and comfortableAnswer and route incoming calls promptly and professionallyHandle new client inquiries with care, gather the right information, and connect callers to the appropriate team memberKeep clients informed with status updates, appointment reminders, and follow-up callsSchedule appointments, calls, and meetings for attorneys and staffMaintain accurate client contact details and case notes in the firm's systemsCoordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and case managers so client questions are answered quicklyManage front-desk operations, mail, deliveries, and overall office presentationAssist with intake paperwork and make sure new clients understand their next stepsHandle sensitive client situations with discretion, patience, and compassion — including de-escalating upset or anxious clients
