Position: Client Service Associate
Experience Level: Entry-to-intermediate (full training provided)
Compensation: $50,000-$65,000. Base salary plus benefits, with increases as your skills and responsibilities grow.
About the Role: Bernardi Securities, Inc. is looking for a bright, dependable, and personable individual to join our client service team. Our clients are individuals, families, and institutions who count on us to be responsive and accurate. In this role, you will often be the first voice they hear when they call, and the person who makes sure their requests are handled correctly from start to finish.
You will also learn the mechanics behind the business: how trades are verified and settled, and how our traders, back office, and custodians work together to get every detail right. No prior industry experience is needed. You will be trained one-on-one by our Senior Service Manager, and as you master the work, your responsibilities and compensation will grow with you.

What You Will Do
• Answer inbound client calls and emails with patience and professionalism, and take ownership of each request until it is resolved.
• Handle account maintenance, including account openings, retitling, and other updates processed through our custodians.
• Process account transfers, wire and check distributions, and the documentation that goes with them.
• Work alongside our traders and back office to verify trades, and help resolve settlement discrepancies.
• Keep accurate records and follow through on the details. In this business, small things matter.
How You Will Grow
• Getting started: Learn our systems, custodian procedures, and service standards side by side with our Senior Service Manager, and begin handling client calls and routine requests with support.
• Building independence: Typically, within your first year, manage a growing share of client requests on your own and take on trade verification and settlement work.
• Long term: As you demonstrate mastery and sound judgment, advance toward the Service Manager role, with greater responsibility and compensation to match.

Who We Are Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• No financial services experience required. Internships or any customer-facing work where you have helped people solve problems are a plus.
• A genuinely kind, patient communicator who enjoys helping people, including over the phone.
• Careful and detail-oriented; you double-check your work and take pride in getting it right.
• Curious and quick to learn, with an interest in finance or the markets.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
