Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Client Service Associate who shares our commitment to professionalism and excellence, has a strong interest in becoming a part of our collaborative work environment and is eager to contribute to our continued growth and success.
This role supports clients and advisors while ensuring a seamless and high-touch client experience and is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and managing details.
This is a full-time position onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client service inquiries and requests.
- Deliver a responsive, professional client experience.
- Process account openings, maintenance, transfers, and money movement requests.
- Schedule client meetings and prepare meeting materials.
- Maintain CRM and client records.
- Coordinate with custodians and internal teams.
- Support advisors and special projects.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, banking or related environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills
- Salesforce CRM knowledge
- Familiarity with Schwab, Fidelity, or Goldman Sachs custody platforms.
