Our client, a leading financial services and investment management firm, is looking to hire a Client Service Analyst – Shareholder Services in Chicago IL.
Pay Rate Range: $32-33 per hour,
Responsibilities:
Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for financial advisors, clients, and sales partners.
Support client onboarding, account servicing, portfolio inquiries, and client lifecycle events.
Collaborate with Sales, Portfolio Management, Product Management, Legal, and Compliance teams to deliver exceptional client service.
Resolve client issues, monitor service requests, and escalate concerns as needed.
Communicate account updates and trading activity status to clients and sales partners.
Identify opportunities to improve client retention, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
Support process improvement, automation, and other business development initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 3-5 years of customer-facing financial services experience.
Experience supporting financial advisors, wealth management clients, asset management products, or Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs).
Strong client service, relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent analytical abilities, attention to detail, and time management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
