Managing client relationships, the full-time Client Services Analyst III will ensure excellent service delivery for a book of clients managing Collateral Loan Obligations (CLOs) and Leverage Finance Facilities while working remotely. Key responsibilities Create technical report specifications and set up payment calculations in various in-house systems Compile and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reports while performing quality control reviews Coordinate with operations teams and interact with asset managers, investors, and auditors to ensure accurate payment processing Required qualifications 5+ years of related experience in a similar field High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations and regulatory compliance obligations Preferred experience with TranStar Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
