Client Services Account Lead

To support a growing product-focused organization, the full-time Client Services Account Lead will manage established accounts, strengthen customer relationships, and collaborate with internal teams in a flexible work environment. Key responsibilities Oversee a portfolio of business accounts and provide consistent, responsive support Develop trusted customer relationships through regular communication and effective problem-solving Collaborate with internal departments to support customer needs and resolve operational challenges Required qualifications Previous professional experience in the lighting industry is required Experience in account management, customer service, sales support, or project coordination Strong familiarity with product-based businesses and customer purchasing processes Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business management or order tracking software Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow through on commitments
