Seeking a Tennessee Licensed Client Service Representative, the fully remote role will assist clients through inbound phone calls with account-related inquiries, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills while collaborating with internal departments to enhance client experiences. Key responsibilities Partner with clients via inbound phone calls to assist with financial inquiries and account maintenance Lead with empathy to solve problems, uncover client needs, and provide timely solutions Collaborate with internal departments on strategic initiatives to improve client and crew experiences Required qualifications Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses 3+ years of customer-facing and/or inbound phone experience Strong sense of ownership for client outcomes with initiative and accountability High school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor's degree Desire for stability and commitment to a long-term career in client service
