The Financial Coordinator is the connection between hospital operations and client communication and is responsible for:Direct communication with doctors regarding treatment plans, creating estimates, providing daily financial updates and presenting these plans to clients.Daily calls to clients regarding hospitalized pets, financial updates.Creating estimates for surgeries and treatments directed by doctors.Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments.Recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions.Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and doctor recommendations.Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence. Must have open/flexible availability and be highly professional.
