Client Service Operations AssociateBergland Wealth Management is an independent financial advisory firm in Ridgeland, MS. We are seeking a permanently remote Client Service Operations Associate to join our team. This position will assist in providing excellent service to our clients and executing back-office operations.This position will be permanently remote.
We will provide you with equipment to work from home, but you will be expected to have a workspace where you can work comfortably full-time. This position is open to candidates in Eastern and Central time zones.Compensation & Benefits:Salary range of $65K-80K, commensurate with relevant experienceProfit sharing programGreat Work/Life Balance with a Monday-Friday ScheduleBCBS Group Major Medical401(k) with employer matchThis position will have a variety of tasks – no two days will be exactly the sameProfessional and Kind AtmosphereWhile we want this position to grow with responsibilities, there is no expectation that this role will become an advisorPermanently remote positionResponsibilities include:Respond to client requests with timeliness and accuracy in mindAssist Advisor with client meeting prep and follow-up tasksProcess account opening applications, transfer paperwork, money movements and/or other various industry specific administrative tasksMonitor Custodian alerts and money movementsCalendar Management for Financial Advisor including client appointmentsReview info and documents received from clients, save docs, and enter info into our client FP assumptions templateWe are a small firm that is always striving to improve our processes and we want your input to help this position better and better over time!Requirements:5 years of financial services experience and prior remote working experienceAdept and skilled with technology, 3rd party software, and the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Power Point, Excel, Etc.)Ability to work well with one advisor in a tight knit teamSkills:Ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and meet deadlinesOrganization skills & attention to detailAbility to anticipate client and advisor needsAbility to think critically and take initiativeAbility to work independently while prioritizing projects and managing your time – we do not micromanageAbility to learn and implement new technology and software quicklyAbility to communicate well and work in a collaborative environmentAbility to follow office processes and policies related to office operations & client privacyThe Process:Qualified candidates will start the process by having a 15-30 minute Zoom interview conducted by our recruiting consultant.
