Client Service ManagerWe are looking for a Client Service Manager to support client relationships and help drive service excellence for a growing insurance organization in Morgan City, Louisiana. This position is ideal for someone who is detail oriented and can balance responsive customer support with strong commercial account knowledge and sound administrative follow-through.

The role offers an opportunity to contribute independently while partnering closely with the broader team to maintain high service standards and support business growth.Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day service needs for commercial clients, ensuring requests are addressed accurately and in a timely manner.Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering attentive support and clear communication throughout the account lifecycle.Coordinate policy-related activities such as documentation, renewals, coverage updates, and general account servicing tasks.Assist with billing matters, commission-related questions, and other account inquiries by working across service and accounting processes.Use multiple software platforms to maintain organized client records, track activity, and support efficient account management.Collaborate with internal team members to help resolve service issues and contribute to overall client satisfaction.Work independently on assigned priorities while following guidance and aligning with team objectives.Identify service needs proactively and take initiative to help improve responsiveness and account support.Support operational changes or platform-related updates as needed to maintain continuity in client service.Contribute to the success of the office by providing dependable service and helping strengthen long-term client relationships.
