Client Service — Business Development Manager

What you’ll do
- Build and manage a high-velocity institutional pipeline (consultants, OCIOs, public and private pensions, endowments)
- Lead outreach, meetings, and follow-ups; turn first calls into funded mandates
- Own RFPs/DDQs, diligence meetings, and compliance-aligned communications
- Deliver outstanding service to existing clients and ensure timely communication
- Collaborate with the research team to translate our quant research into clear, compelling narratives and materials
- Partner with PMs on product positioning, pricing, and feedback loops
- Review of contractual/legal matters
- Contribute to firm leadership through active participation and cross-team collaboration
- Support the CEO on planning, hiring, strategy execution, and culture-building

Qualifications
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; credible with diverse audiences
- Familiarity with investment approaches; systematic/quant exposure is a plus
- Tech-savvy; quick to learn new tools and workflows
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills; comfortable in a fast-paced environment
