Senior Client Service Associate – Wealth Management Operations (Family Office)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4 days in office)

Compensation: $90,000–$140,000 base salary + bonus

Overview

A well‑established financial services organization is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to support the operational and administrative needs of complex client portfolios. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who brings strong investment operations knowledge and enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support client onboarding and ongoing account maintenance activities
• Execute and monitor portfolio transactions, including capital calls, distributions, and money movement
• Assist with portfolio review preparation and related reporting materials
• Address daily portfolio‑and‑account-related inquiries from internal stakeholders
• Process documentation related to investment activity, account changes, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate records across internal systems and workflows
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and precise execution of client‑related requests
• Participate in process improvements and special projects as needed

Requirements

• Series 65 required or equivalent registration (Series 6/63 acceptable)
• 5–12+ years of relevant experience within financial services operations
• Prior experience supporting high‑net‑worth client relationships strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of investment operations and portfolio administration
• Familiarity with major custodial platforms a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
