You will report to the Managing Directors.The Client Service And Operations Associate is a strategic team member responsible for integrating operational efficiency and client service. You create clear and logical processes to support your work and that of the organization.What You'll DoTimely, consistent, and accurate completion of operational tasks, activities and workflows including account services and transaction processingField client requests and complete tasks, following through to ensure our client's needs are met while following compliance standardsEnsure the prospect and client experience is performed as designed by managing and following the prospect and client timelines, and completing multi-step tasksWork with our custodian (Fidelity) to open accounts, obtain account information and complete service requestsOpening and updating separately managed accountsPreparing subscription documents for alternative investmentsDocument and update contact information, status updates, and other important information within the CRM database. (Salesforce)First contact for clients and visitors in the office and by phone demonstrating high levels of meaningful engagementScheduling meetings and travelLight office management including using Concur (expense management), resolving vendor and IT issues, ordering office suppliesOpportunity to learn different functions within the practice by supporting multiple rolesAssist Marketing with client events and client giftsAssist the team in operational, administrative, and marketing functionsWhat You'll BringTeam player and a "client first" attitudeBA/BS degree preferred in Business/Marketing/Communications or related fieldStrong Microsoft Office and Outlook competency with an emphasis on ExcelSalesforce experience a plusProcess-driven tasking and follow up skillsExcellent client-facing skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to accomplish a variety of tasks in a detailed, efficient, and organized manner3 or more years of experience with Financial Service and or Client ServiceSeries 65. If not licensed it must be achieved within 6 months of hire.
