Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers through multiple channels including in-person, by appointment, and virtually
- Provide the best possible counsel while adapting a digital first mindset
- Assess and attend to customers’ banking needs
- Obtain and process customer and account information
- Demonstrate and educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically has a minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
