  • Serve as a “second set of eyes,” proofreading client deliverables, new business proposals and presentations for accuracy

Client Service & Communication

  • Serve as a warm, professional first point of contact for clients and visitors – in person, by phone and digitally, as part of a shared team responsibility
  • Proactively reach out to clients to gather or share updates, and to schedule portfolio review meetings
  • Respond to client and Portfolio Management team inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
  • Keep client strategies current, reviewing periodically and upon request

Process & Industry Awareness

  • Contribute ideas and help execute to improve internal workflows and procedures
  • Stay current on RIA industry trends, rules and regulations, and monitor firm research updates relevant to client conversations

What You'll Bring

  • 2-7 years of experience in client service, administrative support, accounting or financial operations – ideally within financial services or wealth management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, client-first demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM and portfolio management systems is a plus
  • Comfort handling confidential client and financial information with discretion

What We Offer

  • SIA provides a competitive compensation plan based on nationwide compensation levels
