Key Responsibilities
- Issue certificates, auto ID cards, and evidence of coverage
- Process driver, vehicle, equipment, and account changes
- Prepare and track endorsement requests
- Maintain complete documentation in Applied Epic
- Request loss runs, MVRs, schedules, and underwriting documents
- Support onboarding and renewal data collection
- Monitor open activities and carrier items
- Provide timely, professional responses to client requests
Qualifications
- 1+ year commercial insurance or related experience
- Strong organization, accuracy, and follow‑through
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to manage repetitive, time‑sensitive tasks
- Willingness to obtain a P&C license
- Preferred: Applied Epic experience, trucking insurance exposure
