Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Client Reimbursement Advocate will manage and resolve disputes with providers on behalf of clients, ensuring fair agreements on medical claims while advocating for member access to care. Key responsibilities Act as a single point of contact for members, managing issue resolution and navigating optimal care Negotiate single case agreements with providers and monitor the assignment queue for timely resolutions Document all communications and efforts, and assist members in identifying alternative provider options when necessary Required qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare, health insurance, or customer service Familiarity with CMS1500 and UB04 Medical Claim Forms and medical coding Proficiency in Microsoft Office products Experience in billing, insurance, healthcare, or legal environments is a plus
